We believe in making a difference – in everything we do. We were lucky enough to work with, and be inspired by Nobel Laureate, the late Wangari Maathai during the Lions International Conference in Sydney in 2010. She told the story of the hummingbird who refused to sit back like the rest of the animals as their forest burned. That little hummingbird ignored the scoffs that she was too small, that she couldn’t make a difference. That was when we took up Wangari’s challenge to be the hummingbird because together we do make a difference. That’s our promise to everyone we work with.

Sari-Elle Kraemer

Sari-Elle is a highly experienced reputation strategist. Her background in helping individuals, organisations, government departments and corporates successfully navigate the most complex of challenges means she is in high demand. From litigation PR support through to profile amplification, she brings the nuance required to map the likely reputational landscape and best strategy to a successful outcome. Her sense of calm, her outstanding strategic approach, and her common-sense engagement with key stakeholders are a winning combination.

Paul Perry
BA (Hons)
Paul is a highly regarded Comms and Advocacy Leader with strong track record in designing, implementing, and overseeing complex stakeholder and corporate campaigns, including in highly sensitive environments, which deliver results. He also brings strong experience in politics and organisations in transition, extensive issues and crisis management skills and strong political and departmental networks especially in Health. He joins Alpha from 10 years as GM of Corporate Affairs in a large Australian medical Group. He was previously Director of Communications for two Australian Health Ministers and a key advisor to two State Health Ministers.

Andrew Stewart

Andrew brings an obsession with detail, an uncanny memory and a skill in identifying patterns of behaviour and opportunity often missed by others. This unlocks unique insights to feed and shape reputation protection game plans. Andrew is passionate about connecting the dots across campaigns, ensuring we bring the right stories to the right media contacts at the right time. He helps us become the go‑to problem solvers for all our clients, their diverse stakeholder groups and their target journalists.
